3. Eligibility

We reserve the right to refuse access or terminate Accounts for Users who do not meet the eligibility criteria or who provide false information regarding their age or identity.

5. Use of the Platform
5.1 Permitted Use
You may access and use the Platform solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial educational purposes, unless a separate written agreement permits commercial use.
5.2 Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
a. Reproducing, copying, distributing, or reselling any Content without prior written authorisation from Nalorevixtra.
b. Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Platform, its servers, or any connected systems.
c. Uploading or transmitting any material that contains viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.
d. Using automated tools, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to extract data from the Platform.
e. Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity.
f. Harassing, intimidating, or causing harm to other Users or Platform staff.
g. Engaging in any activity that disrupts, overloads, or impairs the proper functioning of the Platform.
h. Circumventing any access controls, digital rights management systems, or other protective measures applied to the Platform or its Content.
5.3 Academic Integrity
You agree to engage honestly with all educational materials, assessments, and interactions on the Platform. Submitting work that is not your own, sharing assessment answers, or any form of academic dishonesty is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account termination.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Ownership of Content
All Content on the Platform, including but not limited to course videos, lecture notes, graphics, design elements, trademarks, and software, is the property of Nalorevixtra or its licensors. All rights are reserved.
6.2 Limited Licence
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Content solely for your personal educational use. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Content without our express written consent.
6.3 User-Submitted Content
If you submit, upload, or post any content to the Platform, including forum posts, discussion contributions, or feedback, you grant Nalorevixtra a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content in connection with the operation and promotion of the Platform. You warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit such content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
6.4 Feedback

7. Payments and Enrolments
7.1 Fees
Certain courses or features on the Platform may require payment. All applicable fees will be clearly displayed before you complete a purchase. By completing a payment, you agree to the stated pricing and conditions.
7.2 Billing
You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. Nalorevixtra is not responsible for any fees charged by your financial institution in connection with a transaction.
7.3 Refund Policy
Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our refund guidelines, which are available on the Platform. Completion of a substantial portion of a course may render the enrolment non-refundable. Where a refund is approved, it will be processed within a reasonable timeframe using the original payment method where possible.
7.4 Pricing Changes
We reserve the right to change the pricing of any course or feature at any time. Changes in pricing will not affect enrolments that have already been purchased and paid for.
8. Third-Party Links and Services
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or integrate third-party services. These links are provided for convenience only. Nalorevixtra does not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site or service. Your interaction with any third-party site is governed by that third party's own terms and policies.
9. Disclaimers
9.1 No Warranties
The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nalorevixtra disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9.2 Accuracy of Content
While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of educational content, we do not guarantee that all Content is current, complete, or error-free. Content is intended for general educational purposes and should not be relied upon as professional, legal, financial, or medical advice.
9.3 Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary interruptions. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from such interruptions.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nalorevixtra, its directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Content.
This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or the cost of substitute services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to Nalorevixtra in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or a nominal fixed amount where no payment has been made.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nalorevixtra and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from or related to:
a. Your use or misuse of the Platform;
b. Your violation of these Terms;
c. Your infringement of any third-party right, including intellectual property rights; or
d. Any content you submit to the Platform.
12. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. 13. Modifications to the Platform

17. Waiver
Failure by Nalorevixtra to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be made in writing and signed by an authorised representative of Nalorevixtra to be effective.
