Payment Terms

These Payment Terms govern all financial transactions between you and Nalorevixtra in connection with your use of our platform and services available at nalorevixtra.world. By purchasing a subscription, course, or any other paid offering, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
1. Scope of Application
These Payment Terms apply to all users who access paid features, enrol in learning programmes, or otherwise engage in any commercial transaction through the Nalorevixtra platform. These terms are incorporated by reference into our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following forms of payment:

We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time. You will be notified of any such changes in advance where reasonably practicable.
3. Pricing and Currency
All prices displayed on the platform are in South African Rand (ZAR) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law. Nalorevixtra reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect active subscription periods already paid for.
3.1 Price Accuracy
We make every effort to ensure that all prices displayed are accurate and current. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the relevant transaction and notify you promptly. You will not be charged beyond the corrected amount without your explicit consent.
3.2 Promotional Pricing
Promotional prices, discount codes, and special offers are subject to their own terms and validity periods. Promotional pricing cannot be applied retroactively to completed purchases. Only one promotional code may be applied per transaction unless otherwise specified.
4. Billing and Invoicing
Upon successful payment, an invoice or payment confirmation will be sent to the email address registered to your account. It is your responsibility to ensure that your contact and billing details are accurate and kept up to date.
4.1 Subscription Billing
Where you purchase a subscription plan, billing occurs on a recurring basis according to the plan cycle selected (monthly or annual). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You authorise Nalorevixtra to charge your payment method on the applicable renewal date.
4.2 Failed Payments
If a payment fails or is declined, Nalorevixtra will attempt to notify you via email. Access to paid features may be suspended until outstanding payments are resolved. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment method has sufficient funds and remains valid throughout your subscription period.
5. Taxes and Levies
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, levies, or duties that may apply to your purchase based on your location and applicable law. Where Nalorevixtra is legally required to collect and remit taxes, those amounts will be reflected in your invoice. Nalorevixtra's stated prices may or may not include tax, and any applicable tax will be clearly indicated at checkout.
6. Refund Policy
Refund eligibility is determined according to the nature of the purchase:
6.1 Subscription Plans
Subscriptions may be eligible for a refund if a written refund request is submitted to info@nalorevixtra.world within seven (7) calendar days of the original purchase date, provided that no significant portion of the content or service has been accessed. Refund requests submitted after this period will be considered at our discretion.
6.2 One-Time Purchases
One-time purchases, including individual course enrolments, are generally non-refundable once access has been granted. Exceptions may be made in cases of verified technical failure attributable to Nalorevixtra that prevented access to the purchased content.
6.3 Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within ten (10) business days. Nalorevixtra is not liable for any delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
7. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you believe an error has occurred on your account, you must contact Nalorevixtra at info@nalorevixtra.world before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in the immediate suspension of your account pending investigation. Nalorevixtra reserves the right to contest any chargeback it considers to be erroneous or fraudulent.
8. Account Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all transactions made through your account. You must not share your account credentials or permit others to use your account to access paid content. Nalorevixtra is not liable for unauthorised transactions resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account.
9. Changes to Payment Terms
Nalorevixtra reserves the right to update or amend these Payment Terms at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services following the publication of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must discontinue use of paid services before the revised terms take effect.
